I'd save the mucking around and just drop the 440 in the 91, and sell the Ram parts off.
Makes more sense to do it that way in my books, time wise mostly.

Yeah using the '99 frame was Dad's idea that made sense until I thought about it. Also, Skylar, we don't need a White Trash Mobile MKII.

Decision was made to save the big block for something else, this already paused project is now on pause some more until a small block can be procured. (probably a 5.2 or 5.9 magnum).
