It would be really cool to see a Vortec 4200 in a 240z. The 420z. lol
Much more modern than something like an RB swap. Why have a slightly newer engine when you can have a modern one? Also the 100lb weight savings and more displacement would be cool too. For the non believers in displacement increases a 2.6L engine would need to turn at 13k RPM to do the same as a 4.2L at 8k. Even at a more sedate 6k RPM the 4.2L does what it would take that 2.6L 9700RPM to do. People often overemphasize revs to make up for displacement, while they do help, you need more of them than 99% of internet fanboys think you do.
