Hey guys, since it's been suggested and I'm sure affected some of you, I just want to say that I've looked into turning them off and there is no option for me to do so.
Thus, email notifications are on by default when you sign up, and can get rather annoying/pile up.
To turn them off:
1) Go to profile
2) Select "Edit Profile"
3) Navigate to your "Notifications" tab
4) Make sure all "Email" check boxes are deselected.
You'll only be notified on the forum this way, and not through email. I know it's kind of a pain, and I'll keep looking for a way to remedy the situation.
