So it won't be like GTA IV where the best handling car (in my opinion) is an 80s Cadillac? I guess so. I can barely even tell a difference between a lot of the cars on GTA IV. A sports car handles like a sportscar, and SUV handles like an SUV, etc.

I always mod the futo handling.dat for hektik skids.
My infernus in SA was the best though, it could drive up buildings and drive inverted on the roofs of tunnels.

Yeah I've done exactly the same. The skids are fun but get a bit boring after a while. It would be nice if throwing a car into a corner too quickly made the rear end go loose, or the front understeer, but eh.

I can tell slight differences between most. But the handling characteristics have been comically exaggerated on all the cars. (A GMT800 platform vehicle like a Escalade/H2 is no where near as unstable as a Calvacade/Patriot etc)
EDIT: also after thinking, the Bobcat/Contender are my favorites, fairly stable with that light rear end + torquey V8 feel to them.

So it won't be like GTA IV where the best handling car (in my opinion) is an 80s Cadillac? if we're to be realistic it did have very responsive steering and the best turning circle, but the porsche look alike was great to drive, as was the way too rare Coquette

I'm partial to the Bullet GT, but it would go through a touch of understeer at high speed. Corquette was a good looking car too, usually GTA makes the cars slightly uglier in one way or another when imitating them, but I kind of preferred that one to the C5 ist's based on. Which is saying something, since the C5 is still my favourite Corvette.
Although lately I've almost exclusively been riding bikes, and the regular Double T is extremely nimble.

I'm unsure what I'll purchase it for. I really REALLY want it for PC, but am unsure if I'll cave and get it for PS3/X360.
