Euro's Photo dump thread.

Bleh, fuck it.
Tis school logo in some of these photos so I now forbid you lot from stalking me

Ok, here's what I race with the school,
They're called HPV's (Human Powered Vehicles)

The photos posted here are from the RACQ Pedal Prix, it's a 6 hour race on a 1km course at Willowbank.

Here is my team's Bike, it's usually entered in the DMR (Design Make Race) catogory and at this race we go naked (No fowling/pod) as we know we can get a good posistion. it's running a 80 tooth chainring up front to a normal 9spd cluster, and weighs about 23kg. This year it set a 21.122 sec down the 1/8th mile, at a speed of 29.98km



So yeah, there are sexy things there too.

Carbon Fibre

Corflute (What we make ours out of, strong and ligh and cheap. For the 24 this September, we'll hopefully have another one on our bike)



There's Vaccum formed ones too.

These bikes come all the way up from South Australia, Great teams and good people.





As with most races, there's crashes.





So yeah, that's what I do with the school, it's what keeps me ammused at most times.

Fucking Hybrid, Fast as shit, soo demoralising when it flies past you effortlessly up the hill.



This team does not give a shit about their bike, went through 3 sets of tyres in 6 hours. We barely went through a used set.



The right side of bikes is always the worst, mechanically and visually.









And of course, our lucky charm



It worked.



And we got second in the Category, completing something like 151 laps.


Oh, and I do apoligise, was to occupied riding the bike and managing the team, so I didn't get any pics of the opposite sex, I would've loved to as some are worth staring at.
